Providing transitional shelter to alleviate homelessness

No one should have to live on the streets.

Homes 4 the Homeless is working to provide innovative housing solutions for disaster relief and chronic homelessness.

We are dedicated to providing permanent dignified homes that truly change lives. Our approach is rooted in the power of custom-built, factory-constructed homes. Our homes are designed to meet all the standards of single-family residences and ADUs, offering a permanent solution to homelessness. They provide a sense of dignity and belonging to those who need it most.

But our commitment to innovation doesn’t stop at the construction phase. We believe in the flexibility and adaptability of our housing solutions. The modular design of our homes allows for rapid installation and, if necessary, swift relocation to address evolving local needs.

Our nonprofit model is driven by a passion to make housing as affordable as possible. By reducing the cost of housing, we can allocate more resources to provide critical support services that our community members in need truly deserve.

    • In 2024, an estimated 771,480 people in the United States experienced homelessness.

    • In 2022, 3.2 million adults in the U.S. were displaced or evacuated due to natural disasters

At Homes 4 the Homeless, we’re more than just builders. We’re your partners in creating lasting change. Our projects typically encompass:

    • Modular housing units crafted by our trusted manufacturing partners, meeting the highest local codes and certifications.

    • Leadership in navigating the complex web of codes, zoning, politics, and public relations that often arise during project planning and implementation.

    • Thoughtful design coordination to create housing that reflects the community it serves and the residents it welcomes.

  • Nessel housing is making impact in multiple communities around the world.

    • Homeless solutions

    • Affordable housing alternative

    • Disaster relief

    • Vocational Training: The LIME Foundation, Homes 4 the Homeless and NESSEL Housing will jointly develop training programs focusing on housing assembly and construction skills, providing participants with valuable job skills.

  • Our cause is growing fast. Our biggest need is partnerships within communities to help bring our housing solutions to those in need.
