Financial Support for Breast Cancer Patients

Cancer is hard enough. Families shouldn’t worry about buying groceries too.

Breast Cancer Angels provides immediate financial assistance for breast cancer patients.

Fighting cancer is extremely emotionally and physically exhausting. The financial burden only makes it worse for families. Cancer patients are three times more likely to suffer bankruptcy. Many have to choose between paying for treatment or paying bills or buying groceries.

We’re here to be help with some of that burden.

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women. Many families hope to manage the costs on their own, but when their bills pile up, they need help quickly. When having to choose, some patients will even skip treatments so they can pay bills or feed their children, and many are even living in their cars due to financial struggles.
We need your support to offer financial assistance to these families. No one should have to choose between life saving treatment or feeding their children or paying their mortgage.
Our mission is to provide financial assistance as fast as possible:
- Everyday immediate needs including housing assistance, transportation, food, utility payments and more during breast cancer treatment
- We don’t require bank information or credit checks.
- We can offer support within 2 weeks or less.
- We send 2 payments each month to the total of $300/month.
- We provide gift cards to stores for groceries.
- We also have a social worker who helps navigate resources and provides emotional support.
- We also provide Legal advice for family law.
We currently assist in Orange County, South Bay, San Diego, Los Angeles, and some of the Inland Empire. Our hope is to expand to reach more families.
Funding:
We serve over 150 patients a month. And we’re limited to $300/month in support for these families. This isn’t enough and we need your help to do more. Anything is extremely helpful.
